1. Introduction

1.1. Welcome to PAP (“Platform”). This Platform is owned and operated by JS Intech Solutions Sdn Bhd, (individually and collectively, “JSINTECH”, “we”,“us”, “our” or “ours”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this Platform and/or opening an Account so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to JSINTECH. Your access to and use of this Platform and Services made available via the Platform are subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and us. This page explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement. Your agreement with us will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this page (“Terms of Use”). Your agreement with us will also include the terms of: (a) Privacy Policy; (b) Terms for Users; and (c) any and all other terms, policies, procedures, guidelines, rules, directives and/or instructions of whatsoever nature presently and from time to time issued, given, made and/or established by us via the Platform (terms of (a), (b) and (c) are collectively referred to as the “Additional Terms”), in addition to the Terms of Use herein. The Terms of Use and the Additional Terms are collectively referred to as “JSINTECH Terms and Conditions”, and the JSINTECH Terms and Conditions constitute the aforesaid agreement between you and JSINTECH.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to free medication redemption.
  • Healthcare professionals using the Platform must be duly licensed and registered with relevant medical authorities.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Use the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.

5. Free Medication Redemption

  • The Platform facilitates access to free medication for eligible users.
  • Eligibility for medication assistance is subject to verification and approval by healthcare providers or partner organizations.
  • Healthcare professionals using the Platform are responsible for verifying patient eligibility and ensuring the appropriate distribution of medications.
  • The Company does not guarantee the availability or continuous supply of medications.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of medical information provided by third parties.
  • Healthcare professionals are solely responsible for medical decisions made using the Platform.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
